Frango a Passarinho

Coxinha is a popular Brazilian snack, specifically a teardrop-shaped fritter filled with shredded chicken. It's typically made with a dough of wheat flour and chicken broth, then wrapped around the shredded chicken filling, breaded, and deep-fried. The name "coxinha" means "little thigh," reflecting its shape which resembles a chicken drumstick.
